Dear RERA Vision Community,
I am delighted to welcome you to the dynamic world of RERA Vision. As the founder and visionary behind this venture, I bring to you a blend of passion, expertise, and a commitment to making a positive impact with a decade of experience in the real estate sector.
With a foundation in architecture and a post-graduate degree in urban and regional planning, I have had the privilege of serving as a Senior Technical Advisor to the esteemed Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority since inception, popularly known as MahaRERA,. I’ve had the privilege of being at the forefront of shaping the regulatory landscape for the implementation of the Real estate and regulation development act, 2016 under chairmanship of senior bureaucrats and officials.
This journey allowed me to witness the intricate workings of the real estate industry and fuelled my dedication to simplifying the complexities associated with RERA act and its compliance.
As the State Training Coordinator for skilling unskilled workers on projects registered under MahaRERA, I believe in empowering individuals with knowledge and skills that extend beyond conventional boundaries. I have been devoted to ensuring the welfare of beneficiaries.
My commitment to education and empowerment is further reflected in the seminars and workshops conducted across Maharashtra. These sessions, focused on the impact and implications of RERA, as well as handholding workshops for promoters, project professionals, and allottees, aim to demystify the complexities surrounding their duties and rights under MahaRERA.
Akkashh Chauhaan, a distinguished leader in the real estate industry, has earned several prestigious awards for his remarkable contributions to RERA compliance and community service. He received the Navi Mumbai Ratna Award for his humanitarian efforts during COVID-19, aiding over 51,000 migrants. As a Senior Technical Advisor to MahaRERA, he led a significant workshop on RERA compliance and GST issues, earning an Award for Appreciation from CREDAI-MCHI. His contributions to the real estate sector have also been recognized at the CREDAI MCHI Uran Dronagiri Unit Event.
Mr. Akkashh was honored by the Union Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment for his dedication to Real Estate and RERA Awareness. His leadership in RERA advisory services earned him the Times Influential Leaders 2024 Award and the Inspiring Leaders 2024 Award from the Times Group. Additionally, his innovative approach in advancing RERA compliance and enhancing industry practices was recognized with the Infrastructure Icon Award from Mid-Day newspaper. These accolades underscore his commitment to excellence, leadership, and his significant impact on the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
