With a strong foundation in architecture and a postgraduate degree in urban and regional planning, I have had the privilege of serving as a Senior Technical Advisor to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) since its inception. In this capacity, I have been closely involved in the implementation and ongoing development of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. This role has placed me at the core of regulatory transformation in the real estate sector, offering deep insight into its operations, challenges, and evolving policies. It has also strengthened my commitment to making the RERA framework more accessible and helping stakeholders navigate its provisions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
